Simile/Metaphor Poems

Friends
Metaphor/Simile Poem
Reagan Meador

Friends are like flowers
At first, they’re like the bulb.
Just another seed
But sometimes,
They’ll open up to you,
And start a colorful friendship.
Sometimes they leave you,
Like the withering of the color,
But you’ll always find
Another

Society
Metaphor/Simile poem
Alexis Green

Society is a dark hole
Waiting for its next victim to fall,
There is no escaping it,
It is nothing more than a big bully
Waiting for everyone to fall down
Until it’s the last one standing
Nothing can stop it
Not because it is unstoppable
But because as people are society
We are the cruel dark, hole
Waiting for someone to make a
Mistake,
So we can point them out

I WILL STAND AGAINST THIS!
